CANCELLATION POLICY

At Nail’d By Bella, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. As a solo nail technician, cancellations and no-shows directly impact my ability to serve other clients and operate my business. Please review the following policy carefully: • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. • No-shows (failure to arrive for your appointment without notice) will also result in the loss of your deposit and may require full prepayment for future bookings. • Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a future appointment if proper 24-hour notice is given. • Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in restricted booking privileges.
